SO SO tempted, however the reviews don't fill me with confidence. Watch …SO SO tempted, however the reviews don't fill me with confidence. Watch strap breaking and the watch refusing to connect to a phone after a few months, as well as the device just completely dying after 3-6 months.I really need a new smart watch and this seems perfect, so confused as to what to do! Can someone tempt me over to the dark side? Haha.

If you have any problems customer support are excellent and will replace the product with no hassle if necessary.

Bought a Fitbit Charge HR (Amazon ASIN: B00P9PF3ZS) a couple of years ago …Bought a Fitbit Charge HR (Amazon ASIN: B00P9PF3ZS) a couple of years ago (Nov 2015). Strap started bubbling and coming away from the screen after a year. Customer services replaced it. Same thing happened with the replacement after ~8 months. Fitbit replaced it again. Now have 2 technically functioning Fitbits (with tatty straps that have come away from the screen) and a brand new unused replacement. Might just sell it on eBay as it is bound to happen again. Maybe the newer Fitbits have better straps? Possibly gonna look at a cheap Xiaomi Mi2 instead.btw, these fitness trackers aren't just a gimmick, they can genuinely change your life. Some people need the gamification/motivation of hitting 10,000 steps. Walking this amount each day can really help with weight loss and general well-being.

The Charge 2 straps are now replaceable unlike the previous Charge and Charge HR ones.

I have two of these and although great to start with, I have given up trying to synch with phone etc due to continual issues and are now sitting unused in a cupboard
