Pretty sure they've managed to block all methods.

Only way I used to be able get Sky Go on a TV was using a HDMI cable from a laptop.

Think only way is through a console. Can get a cheap ps3 or xbox 360 for about £30 on Facebook.

Try using Ethernet cable plugged in laptop when plugged into tv, could be the WiFi.

Sky Go works great when using my laptop with HDMI cable. My son's laptop however struggles with the app and is often unwatchable, we assume his laptop is simply too old / low spec.

On mobile devices it blocks hdmi (phones and tablets) but via laptop and screen mirroring/extension it should work. Be rather difficult to block that for sky.

I think it’s to do with Microsoft silverlight software which is fine for laptop/ computer but not for phones or tablets. Might work via windows phone if you can get one with silverlight software.

Works fine using a laptop/PC via HDMI, either Mac or PC with the Sky Go app.

iPad/iPhone connected via a lightning to HDMI adapter does not display the image on screen. Similarly, AirPlay via Apple TV has the same issue.

I've previously contacted Sky and raised this as a fault; they cited 'licensing laws' as the reason for preventing mobile devices from being able to view content on a larger screen.
