Yes, my daughter booked flights to Italy with them, then covid hit. She tried to get her money back but they were terrible (Ryanair refunded Kiwi) eventually got her money back through her credit card. Check reviews before you book anything uk.trustpilot.com/rev…com(edited)

Maybe it’s because I’m older, but who in their right mind trusts facebook etc. I don’t trust calls, texts, emails or online ads. Lets be honest I Trust nobody not even family. Its my money I’m keeping it.
