Understanding my Virgin Broadband Bill

Posted 26th Jul 2023
I currently pay £24 (not a good a haggler as people on here 😁)
I'm on M125 Fibre and no other services.
It says my Monthly Service Charge is £17, which excludes Call/Pay per View, payment handling, paper bill fees.

Is the gap from £17 to £24 VAT and hidden fees? Should I be questioning them why?
Thanks

The paper bill adds 1.75 for what I remember (get rid)

The only thing I can think of is the paper bill. Try speaking to them and asking them to change to online. Is it £17 + Vat?

I don't have a paper bill so it seems strange will contact them when I have a free hour to wait on the line (edited)

Use the online chat it's easier (well it was last time I used it)

Damn I need to get my haggling skills on....
That or jump back to a telephone line provider like BT etc. I'm sure I don't really need the speeds Virgin give me

How did you renew those deals with virgin. I would happily pay for either of those M250 or M500 sub £30 offers.

Even after cancelling retentions and phone backs still wouldn’t do anything better than £37 for the M500 😞
