I see lots of deals from Palicomp on here, but not a lot of information about them online. I suspect their trust pilot reviews aren't all genuine since they all have a similar vibe talking about issues being resolved superbly in or over the warranty period.
Their prices seem to be by far the most competitive, has anyone ordered recently and got any feedback on the experience?

The PC was the AMD Cobra (RYZ10) on their web site. They are still quoting from the magazine review even though the internal components have slightly changed ("Legend" nVME rather than Samsung for example though it is now 2TB rather than the 1TB when I bought it). Price is the same.

There was an advert at the back of these "review" magazine for Palicomp with £10 off I think it was for any order.
I ordered a PC and made a few changes to the PC spec (upgraded to Windows Pro over Home, added a CD drive, different case)
After I had placed the order they came back and said the £10 off did not apply to that PC which annoyed me as their was no mention of that in their advert. But as it was only £10 and I wanted it before Xmas I went ahead.
I did get a few emails offering "add ons" for extra money (go to the top of the build list, pay for a "tidy up" of the cabling, a few other things). Bit annoying but they soon stopped when I told them I wanted no "extras".
After less than a week the PC arrived and it was exactly as I had ordered with my different spec.
Packaging was excellent, PC packed inside two large solid cardboard boxes. Inside the boxes was the box and paperwork for the motherboard and the paperwork for other components.
Tried to install Windows but it would not let me as I had to update the bios on the motherboard (cant remember why now). Updated BIOS and Windows went in OK.
PC still working fine with no problems.
Have not needed to got back to them with any problems so no idea what their support is like.
So I have no bad feedback about Palicomp except for not honouring the "10 off" offer in their advert which was no big deal to be honest. (edited)
Even if you ignore the users posting for the first time it would still be good feedback.
You would expect the opposite because people are more likely to vent their anger when writing reviews.
It all looks good to me. You can just put "palicomp" in to the hukd search bar & look at discussions or try reddit. It is going to be the same result.
The PC arrived in three days exactly as expected, and has worked fine ever since.
I ordered on Sunday evening. Went through the package negotiations yesterday and after 3 offers also got one I was happy to go ahead with. It has shipped today for delivery tomorrow.
