Does anyone know where and how I can get this thermal printer head replaced? It currently prints very faded. I’ve tried cleaning it but have had no success

    That looks like a generic thermal printer - it would probably work out cheaper to replace the whole unit as you may struggle to find the correct head (aliexpress)

    It burns the image rather than print, and would assume that less burn is the result of loss of power rather than dirt, which would mean an electrical issue
