Jaffa Cakes - 50p @ Tesco instore and online
Found 25th MayFound 25th May
10 pack of Jaffa Cakes down to 50p at Tesco Express

Double packs are now £1 in Sainsburys

I can't remember the last time the double packs (20) weren't a £1 in Morrisons. But the 39 pack at £1.85 is still better value.

To be honest I prefer the Lidl ones for 99p where you get two packs. They're even orangier and the chocolate is a smidge darker than the Jaffas. This 'offer' is still pricier than Lidl's regular price.

snatched a pack at the checkout and nearly had the box beat into me by the time I got out the carpark - pack was done by the time I gotta mile uppa road - are the packs/cakes getting smaller or am I just a greedy git (embarrassed) (lol) :D

Total eclipse.

Good luck running around trying to find any

BBE 28/4/2018 so you can tell us whether this is really a cake or a biscuit. Cake = hard, biscuit = soft.

I have yet to find one of these Hot Deals every time I try the major stores know nothing about them

It was nice of the op to share and oblivious not a big issue that they didn’t credit the original source but as it was spread over all the internet it might of been worth mentioning where it came from. The night vision goggles and abseiling sounds fun though (y)

and still will be 'as fresh' in 25 years time XD

100 box of Jaffa Cakes reduced to 88p in Tesco @ Weston Favell shopping centre - not sure if store specific. Sorry the image isn't great...

Wer r da goose references and store specificnesseses

Picked up a box at Peterborough Hampton Extra. None left. Bargain. Short shelf life though about a week left.

There were loads at the same price in the Streatham store last night, I couldn't believe how cheap they were. Someone said they were very close to the expiry date but cannot confirm as I really hate jaffa cakes, so didn't buy a box. I believe they were Jaffa Cake Bars rather than standard Jaffa cakes.

All gone I think - none when I went about 10.30

Has anyone got a better barcode and was there any more

100 jaffa cakes for just £4 at the range in store

Not good these days, its no wonder the shelves seem to sell a lot more of other brands and these are always on offer.

They have shrunk. Only 10 in a normal packet now. Used to be 12

(lol) (lol) (lol) (lol) 👌🏻

There's only 10 in a pack now.....the 100 box is 5 double packs of 10.

That is comparing an Australian product with a UK product though.

Box of 100 Jaffa Cakes for £3.49 @ Iceland Food Warehouse!
Found 16th FebFound 16th Feb
Great price. This was found at the Breightmet store in Bolton.

You really cannot compare Aldi own brand to the real deal....

Seems like a deal, but you need to buy 100, so thats 35p for 10, Aldi do a pack of 12 for 30p.

They are basically bigger Iceland shops with a more extensive range of frozen and non-frozen goods and they have also tried to make them a little more upmarket. Certain items do seem to be cheaper than the Iceland stores. The Dr. Oetker pizzas that are on offer for £1.25 atm are £1.15 in the Warehouse store. It's really good value on most, but not all items.

Nothing to do with ur post op, But what’s this shop all about...... it’s not any cheaper than Iceland it’s self, Found out about it by accident when I was in Coatbridge recently. Done a shop but nowt exciting. I thot it was gonna b bargains from Iceland. Good price on the Jaffa cakes btw. :)

In the 70's they would just put the price up, but these days they shrink them and yet the price still increases :(

Good find.Thanks OP.

Welcome to the world of Shrinkflation. Consumers will moan if prices go up, but also moan if quantity shrinks, as firms experience increased prices for production due to inflation, to maintain their profit margin they either 1. Reduce the quantity but keep the same price 2. Increase price and keep the same quantity Both of which are not in the consumers preference but must be acknowledged that inflation and Shrinkflation occurs in our world - dunno why I just gave a business and economics lesson (cheeky)

Opened a pack today and it had 2 missing. Completely screwed up my rationing plan.

This does not make sense?.

"The addition of Palm Oil doesn't help. From an ecological POV, we refuse to buy anything with Palm Oil. Cadbury is even adding it to their "chocolate" which is part of the reason it tastes so crap nowadays." https://www.hotukdeals.com/comments/permalink/33421167 XD XD (excited)

I picked up two packs of the £1.69 39 packs until I saw the 100 box for £3.50. Had to stop myself backing the car up into the store and just filling the boot up.

Much prefer Aldi/Lidl Jaffa cakes

Probably a Special Edition. I'm not complaining though ........

It does not mean incorrect use is correct and errors should not be pointed out. "I do not know nothing", is still ignorant and wrong. Do you accept it is incorrect to "pluralise" a brand name? Yes or No.

In case you hadn't noticed, language is dynamic. You, on the other hand, seem to be stuck in a box of meaningless self imposed rules.

Demonstration of anger: "What a load of pedantic cobblers." Yes, I have heard speak in such a manner, and such sentence construction is wrong. The speech is based upon ignorance. It is incorrect to "pluralise" a brand name. What do you not understand? I do not understand your point. Incorrect speech, by many, does not make it correct.

Anger? Where? Merely a statement of the obvious. And you still haven't answered "Are you saying you've never heard of anybody ask for 2 Coca Colas or 2 Big Macs or 2 Pepsis or 2 Pot Noodles or any of the numerous other pluralised brand names that I could list?" "The British education system for Joe Public is so poor." And you're walking proof.

Oh dear, anger, but no acceptance you are wrong.`Typical person who cannot accept he is wrong, even when the evidence is in front of him. The British education system for Joe Public is so poor.
