Hey guys!
Visiting the UK and Europe late June for about 10 days.
Looking for a good eSIM deal so I can hit the ground running, as far as connectivity goes!
Will probably use my phone as a hotspot also (would this work in Europe?), so a generous-ish data allowance would be great!
Spending most of my time in Newcastle (allegedly EE is best there, but it was as bad as the others when I tried it last time lol).
Any deals or leads much appreciated.
Thank you!

The benefit of this is that you’ll roam in every country at no extra cost meaning you’re not tied to a single network. You can use all 4 in the UK for example!

If you really want a UK SIM then Lyca is the only pay as you go option. And they run on the o2 network which is the worst in the UK and their data is straight up unusable in parts of Newcastle - Speaking from experience.
What is up with the shocking reception in Newcastle?
Who would you recommend?
Orange is quite expensive... (edited)
I've used Keepgo before. They're not the cheapest but their data lasts the longest and there are various codes around to reduce the price. Their eSIM has access to all 4 UK networks but I did have some issues trying to manually switch networks on my iPhone 14. I had no issues with auto selecting a network. Their SIMs also allow data roaming in the EU.
