Google play issues

Hello guys, I hope someone can help me out.
A couple of months ago, I used a Turkish vpn and signed up to youtube premium with a new google account and added myself and my family members to it. Since then, everyone's google Play store is set to turkey. I have added a new payment profile to the main account which was the new account I created but still no luck. I have also tried adding new payment profiles to each individual google account.

Any help would be much appreciated
