Is Apple TV plus in 4K on fire TV?

I'm looking for a new TV and I'd like apple tv built in, which plenty of TV's offer, but I can't seem to confirm if the built-in app support 4K streaming.

Has anyone got any ideas / suggestions?

One TV I'm looking at has 4k Netflix but doesn't say if apple tv will be 4k

    On a 4k fire stick it’s 4k, same with prime and Netflix etc. think you need 4k max for 4k iPlayer as mine is HD only at moment
