Is it a good time to buy a graphics card?

40xx series has been a joke so far. Only DLSS 3 with frame insertion but that doesn't boost the reaction of a game. 4060ti was worse than a 3060ti in many reviews. The 6600 6700 6650 etc still seem good value from the community.

I think that would be a good pairing for a greater than 1080p display. But could maybe get away with 6600 6650 if playing the less demanding games.
