Why not just eat proper healthy food
54g serving of Curry? Oh Dear.
Scunthorpe in Lincolnshire.
Where are you from?
Thank you for the info :)
I would love to try them at that price but doubt there will be any this way on.
Excellent deal if you can find it, as it's normally quite expensive. For those that don't know, this is the best meal replacement for a VLCD or keto diet, as it's so low in carbs, compared to other meal replacements such as Cambridge or Exante. Another benefit is that it's made from food rather than the rubbish you normally get in meal shakes - you do need a proper blender though. Hot
I think Aldi sell their own brand for about 19p all the time. Not really a deal and there's none left in this one store so cold.
I'm a secret noodle eater.
There were quite a few drink reductions in my local, nearly all of their own make though.
Looks like someone only had enough for the noodles or the lemonade... looks like they were thirsty!
I can recommend those noodles
I've got a £10 off £60 spend code that needs to be used for a delivery tomorrow at Iceland if anyone wants it. Would need to place an order pretty much straight away though. I did add a post on misc but no comments... Let me know if anyone wants it.
12 cans for £3 at Iceland .
I bought them today at Tesco Express in Central London. Voted hot
The pink packaging is at Asda only for breast cancer awareness. Coca cola will be donating money to the charity and there's 10 pink cans being put in the packs and if you find one you win £1000
Coke Cola now working in partnership with Johnsons baby wipes?
Guessing by the colour it’s a ladies only deal cannot see any real men buying this
Funny before the sugar tax most large packs of coca cola/pepsi (original, diet, zero, max) were 20p-25p per can when on offer, now they have all gone up in price including the sugar free versions
Exotic Mango is my favourite after i tried this and Peach in Sainsburys last week.
Fiesty cherry, bought this by mistake once and it has chilli in it. Felt like I had a sore throat afterwards (lol)
Think these were 3 for £1 in heron.. Tastes like cherry and ginger.. not for me..
Love this stuff <3
None at my local
Just me who would fill a trolley (lol)
Nice find, thanks for sharing OP, have some heat! Must check my local Metro - would prefer Pepsi Max at this price though! Although I'm almost convinced that Tesco Xero cola is a good substitute!
It’s now gone back up to £1.90
Lovely thank you, not quite up the the king of beverages Pepsi Max but at that price I’ll take it.
This looks nice! Thanks for sharing!
The offer must have ended again, it was shown online yesterday.
Picked 2 up, good bargain!
In store only? Showing 2 for 3.50 online.
Was looking for cheaper pepsi, thanks!
I'm the last one to say that, as I said previously, I do smoke, I like a sugary pop from time to time, I do loads of things that doctors says to don't, but you know what? I hate when someone doesn't care about the amount of something, of anything. Edit, because I forgot the main, eating vegetables may be healthy but it's not if someone is eating like a cow, being human.
Fatties only drink 2L bottles of fizzy drinks.
As they have already paid for the water, drinking it half an hour before a meal will incur no further costs for the water or spending money on unneeded pills, besides I recycle rain water so take that troll and shove it where the rain don’t fall..
Also water cooler at work bro. All the water you can drink fo free then waste company time to p!ss it away, litterally (y)
Filtered tap? I pay a flat monthly rate for my water as I don't have a water meter
Is there a coupon for this free water ?
No I'm in Egypt why????
Are you in Northern Ireland?
What is the postcode
Where is eurospar
It is £8 don't know where you are getting £6.50 from
I was pretty close with 1427°, unfortunately that deal expired then! :( Make the pub quiz loser pay for all the Diet Coke! (lol) Oh wait.... :|
Congrats shabs on your new badge (y)
Woohoo thanks Jamie (y) you will get it as well although it took 4 years. Some people get it in their first deal. A can of Diet coke to everyone . Wonder where I can get it from? XD
@shabbird just heated this over 1500° for you, get that heatwave badge that I really want!
Good at cleaning coins too
How can a bucketload of artificial sweeteners be refreshing is a surprise to me.
That shops deals not allowed on this platform
Perhaps post the deal next time?
Petrol (gasoline) is much cheaper in the USA. Seems equally relevant.
Exactly being vegan I never are much cake or sweets, so believed was eating healthy, but was eating loads baked potatoes and brown rice. I really should have know as knew which foods for protein and which foods to eat for various vitamins. But had no idea carbs were converting to sugar. Now with testing before and 2 hours after I see the high spikes created.
Stress is the big one. I can eat like a rabbit and monitor my sugar level very closely, then my mother in law calls in. Next thing you know my levels are through the roof! A caveman diet is good, but type 1 diabetics must include simple, unrefined carbs to maintain decent control. Otherwise you will deplete the stores of glycogen in your liver, which can be fatal.
AKA 'the caveman diet'.
Ok, so essentially you are saying that it's what you eat alongside them that counts. I.e. protein/fat/fibre. I've even heard of people drinking a shot of vodka/whiskey with meal and apparently this slows the process even more so, as the liver begins to stop processing carbs to glucose and concentrates more on removing the alcohol from your system. It's a complex process with more than one determining factor. Even stress alone can raise blood sugar levels.
They are both “red” on the GI, however potatoes are a natural carbohydrate, the other foods eaten with them, usually veg and meat, would slow the spike. They are full of nutrients as I’ve said. Sugar is just sugar. I wear a monitor that shows exactly how and when my blood sugars increase and what causes it. I can tell you exactly what happens when you eat foods, which ones spike and which don’t, for how long etc. I regularly eat potatoes without incident. The GI is one part of a bigger picture. There is no refined or processed sugar in a potato.
There are atleast 10 farmfoods in london that i know of
That's rather disappointing (annoyed)
I tried that, I was told no can do.
Bit harsh.ever think that Farmfoods can't afford the over inflated rates that companies pay in London?
Good advice Tom. This stuff is really bad for you. I used to drink a fair few cans a week, nothing crazy but probably 1 or 2 a day. Ended up with gastritis. Not saying Coke and Pepsi caused it, but now my stomach actually rejects the stuff. I have about 7 or 8 cans a year now, just on special occasions. It's pretty much common knowledge that this stuff is very bad for your health. Saying that, I'd still chug it down if I could get away with it (embarrassed)
Love the sugar tax personally, think they should double it to help cover the cost on the NHS of poor diet decisions causing diseases.....
Nope, none of that applies :) The price rises across the board have actually forced me to give up diet coke - haven't had any in months.
At least it will keep the dentists busy.
Point taken, However, I guess this type of product is designed for the convenience of not having to go through all the weeks/months/years of trial and error.
hot deal - superb find
I think the argument against this is that, the tests only give hints on 45 DNA markers when there are over 200,000+ in person's DNA and for most of the practical things you might want to know about, you could discover most without being tested: Vitamin deficiencies - google any symptoms you might have, follow the advice. See how you feel after some supplementation, rinse and repeat.. Lactose, Wheat, Gluten, or any general food for that matter - cut them from your diet for a month and see how you feel or measure your weight. Exercise, - just see what works for you and makes the biggest difference.... even if the report says your DNA says you should be a cardio monster, it doesn't mean that you will enjoy the activity more than throwing weights around. I think if you have the disposable income, it might give you some piece of mind - or back up what you might already think about your body/genetics. I don't think having the piece of paper in front of you will markedly change your habits though, it's no magic pill. For those that don't have the money, but feel the need to address a health or fitness concern, just put your mind to it, research the problem, trial some dietary changes, take the supplements, get the results and bask in the glory of not spending £125 XD
I paid £59 for an Ancestry DNA test. Then a further £5 to use https://promethease.com/ondemandagreed It's $10 for Promethease now, but even so... The DNA report I got back was incredible. Basically shows you which markers you carry for pretty any and every medical condition going.
Money to burn.
Lots of people buy this junk and expect it to work miracles. Nothing burns fat other than creating a calorie deficit and steady exercise on a regular basis . These things are generally just a load of caffeine and other stimulants. They might help you feel more energetic but the slump will not be pleasant. Lots of crap side effects too. As already said, for anyone looking at these as a magic cure, save yourself the frustration and try to get a good eating, exercise and sleep plan. If you really are struggling with suppressing your appetite, try and get low calorie, high fibre, voluminous foods into your diet to keep you feeling full for longer and over time your will power will improve....probably.
Don't understand why you have to lose weight to play an Xbox racing game. (lol)
I suspect that a lot of these pills are successful purely because they punish unhealthy eating. People discover that when fats aren't being absorbed by the gut, they still have to go somewhere...
No probs, enjoy your merlot or Pinot noir, I’ll be chugging a nice Chablis tomorrow night. Cheers.
Cheers for that. Noted.
Woohoo. Shopping I go then, cheers
yeah its in store at this price now last day
Rats... Was planning to get this today (last day, changes tomorrow) - site mentions new deals. Anyone know if it's still cheaper in store for today?
Guess its up to the cashier or store specific but when I did mine it looked like she counted them.
I just picked up 15. No sign to say 4
