Title is Sugar Free. But ok.

Yeah the title is misleading. Fruit has loads of nutritional value. The fibre in fruit dampens the effects of insulin unlike added sugar in junk food.

This is frequently £7 in ASDA, but £7.50 is still better than the standard £10 I suppose.

Its been 10 months for me. Everyone has their different reasons. I love meat, love the taste, but to me, I just can't eat it knowing how it ends up on my plate, not only that but the bigger impact it has on the world we live in.
So when some company make a food which isn't meat or diary but tastes like the real thing, why do so many think this is wrong, on both sides, personally i think its great for those who simply will never give up the taste of meat, this is one way, its also a great way to change diet but still feel like its not that big of a change and gives you chance to learn more.

For anyone new to the diet, esp at the 2-8 weeks, not only do you notice a huge difference but you must be farting and going number 2s a lot. Don't worry this is normal, your body is adjusting and getting rid of a lot of toxins.
I have colitis and honestly feel like I don't have it, I still get the gotta go now moments but its not painful anymore during the day. I was in so much pain, quitting my job helped a lot as the stress just vanished.
It's pretty easy to lose weight whilst eating vegan, when you prepare all your meals from scratch most of the time you aren't adding sugars to everything.

It's the healthiest way to live.

Bickering? Adults are talking rationally and politely here. I don't see the problem. I realise that bickering is how political debates are portrayed for media interests so perhaps this is a new concept to many.

You can go a few days without protein. Nobody is saying you can't.What …You can go a few days without protein. Nobody is saying you can't.What we're saying is you can't go for months eating at a calorie deficit, working out heavily AND maintaining a protein deficit without losing skeletal muscle to make up for the essential AA's the human body can't synthesise. This is simple biology. I don't need to reference any studies or papers, any 1st year bio textbook explains energy metabolism.

Sorry I know you mean well but that's outdated broscience. If you try to lose fat you will lose some muscle (assuming you don't use illegal "help"), that is simple biology, and guzzling extra proteinz in powder form is not going to help a natural athlete maintain that muscle. In fact the extra calories are likely to hinder fat loss more than sparing muscle.

The fitness industry has been pushing excess protein requirements to simply sell more of their products.

It now looks to me that these were 3 for £2 in Morrisons (where available) from approximately 7th December for up to about 4 days, so the current offer is a price increase. 3 for £2 was displayed at Morrisons in Speke on 7th December evening at any rate. I think they went to 4 for £3 the following Monday. I had one of the products scanned at the till in another store, which was not showing any multibuy on display, on that day and three of them scanned at full price - obviously I did not know I should be checking four and I suspect four would have been the new higher priced multibuy price that seems to appear when the products are rolled out to more stores and they seem to put the prices up!
