Anyone know a good place to get the wood for one ? I gave a space about 300cm wide by 100cm but it seems so expensive when I've looked at raised flower beds before

Why before bed? I have it first thing in morning. Was it recommended to take before bed or was it your own choice?

I don't to it at once. One to break the fast and then sometimes 2nd one when I'm done with eating to help with digestion.

"Hi Danielle, we'd be happy to clarify! Our natural flavor is used to lower the acidity of our products, because drinks which are above a certain acidity level cannot be sold in the U.S. for fear of harmful bacteria growth. While the ‘natural flavors to balance acidity’ is proprietary, we can tell you it is a natural ingredient, certified organic by the National Organic Program’s (NOP) standards. This means that our ‘natural flavor’ (technically all of our ingredients are certified by the NOP) has additional regulations to meet and is free from synthetic, GMO, and irradiated ingredients. If you have any further questions, we'd be happy to answer them. Cheers!" https://www.facebook.com/HonestTea/posts/what-is-natural-flavor-and-organic-natural-flavor-an-ingredient-listed-in-all-of/10152594238203145/ But yes, but to avoid added natural flavours https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/natural-flavors

JJWren

I bought these last week and they are vile!! Thought my kids were being fussy til I tried it myself 🤢

Loveglitches

These are disgusting once bought them and never again , water is the best :)

Shinoke

Pure juice is actually pretty bad for you. Far too much sugar, without the fibre found in whole fruit to help slow its absorption. And that counts for smoothies and juice with bits in too. I'd argue this product is far better. I think you're really blowing this out of proportion. It is just a few ingredients. Natural flavouring is just an ester for example. Your sodium comments and calorie comments were simply false. For health, it's arguably far better to drink this than "pure juice". Having organic makes a big difference with fruit too, especially apples and berries.

AgentSmith

If food or drink contains natural flavour (or artificial flavour), it's there for taste and not nutritional value. Natural can mean from plant and animal. Prefer my kids to have food or drink without flavourings. Pure juice when it comes to drinks. This caught my eye yesterday coz it said organic and thought it'd be just a few ingredients but flavouring can contain countless ingredients. If you contact a company, they wouldn't even be able to tell you everything that goes in it to create flavouring. There's nothing natural about natural flavouring. It's created in a lab using lots of chemicals. Anyway, I don't wanna go on. There's enough info online and on YouTube.

Strawberry ice [Water, Sugar, Strawberry juice from concentrate (4.5%), Strawberry puree (3%), Acidity regulator (Citric acid), Flavouring, Natural colours (Beetroot red, Curcumin), Stabilisers (Guar gum, Sodium alginate, Carrageenan), Dextrose)], Vanilla flavour ice [Water, Reconstituted skimmed milk, Sugar, Vegetable oil, Glucose Syrup, Whey powder, Stabilisers (Guar gum, Sodium alginate), Emulsifier (Mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), Flavouring], Chocolate flavour coating [Sugar, Wheat starch, Modified maize starch, Glucose syrup, Colours (Curcumin, Beetroot red, Annatto), Glazing agents (Acacia gum, Carnauba wax, Beeswax), Water, Vegetable oil]. No pork products, because that would be weird, unless you popped a bacon flake in it (I'm not judging...) But also clearly vanilla ice-cream (or a close approximation) and covered in chocolate, so obvious at even passing glance also not vegan. But agreed. Milk powder for instance, makes its way into the most unlikely of products like, say, salt and vinegar crisps. It's like being trolled by cows. I shop for a vegan and it's a complete P.I.T.A. (and, ironically pitta are also not vegan) Also.... Beeswax???!!!??!! WTF! I'm even less likely to eat a Fab now I know it's genetically closer to upmarket floor polish than ice-cream or sorbet.

Oneday77

I had a Fab the other day. Pretty sure it had pork gelatine in it. So it’s not as daft as you think.

dazigster

Cold water on a stick is vegan? Who knew?

Another dodgy deal by Yankee Bundles Deals

beadysamuk

In my local Morrison's they had a couple of the Nairns biccys on special at £1.25 rather than the £1.80 they usually are. Hubby likes these, but loves the chunky version that only our Morrison's sell. Tesco sells nNairns but not the new chunky ones. He is also loving the Kirstys apple pie (2 slices for £3) in the frozen action and they doo choc cake too - but that didn't go down well, as it was "too chocolatey" ! Lol! Food someone mention gf twix? Hubby has been craving a twix for weeks but the nearest we have come is a kit-kat-alike....!!!
