To be honest i just put in one and the clothes are well washed and smell great. I haven't had a problem with the machine ever smelling and i have been using fairy ever since i had my eldest 7 years ago.
Yep, one pod isn't enough for 9 or 10kg plus machines. These are expensive compared to powder. And also don't stop your machine from smell build up
that's cool ; I'm judging just on price. We don't use softeners so if this has a softener built in then fair enough. We've only ever used persil non bio and fairy non bio (whatever is cheaper) ever since the kids were born Interestingly (I have a 9kg machine) these say to use 2 for >6kg. We only use one dose of liquid in the machine for a full load as it has a max line in the drawer.
Its up to your preference. I would rather throw in a pod than going through the hassel of liquids and comfort. I find it rather easy, i also have a newborn so i prefer using fairy than other brands
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Persil-Sensitive-Laundry-Detergent-Recyclable/dp/B08J1MSVBJ i would use 1 wash worth of liquid in a wash surely, else it wouldn't be a 53 wash bottle which would be similar to 1 pod surely too
