All GroBag Discounts, Offers and Sale - October 2018
Thanks op. Heat added. Stocked up on cot bedding at them prices cheers!
Link goes no where?
There’s an angel care one on sale on george
Wonder if baby monitors will go on sale?
I had two of these together (one belonging to a friend) and there was a discrepancy of 1.5 degrees. Never trusted it since.
They do mention this one too. Nothing stops in stock for long in the Tesco Direct sale , you have to be quick or you miss out. Tesco site seems to be down now, wonder if it is getting too much traffic. Can't even track my orders. Site now back up - think they have now sold out of these , link goes to one at £21.99
That is the second generation Gro egg which is no longer in stock
It was okay for mine until she got to about 14 weeks old and she was just getting out of it. We transitioned to a sleeping bag then anyway so it was probably a good thing.
Thank you, I fear if our second is as wriggly as our first then that may not be sufficient!!
No velcro you just tuck it under and around.
Can anyone confirm; some reviews suggest no Velcro to secure fold over parts. Seems bizarre if true, as I’d have thought some method of fixing was essential... Thanks
These are good but they grow out of them in weeks.
Thanks OP (y) 🏻 Picked one up for £10 (25% only worked on the clothes and shoes) but still a great bargain! :)
Yeah that’s what the sign in our store said. This is great. We bought two (non-Orla Kiely ones) for £15 and £17 or so and I thought that was a good offer too!
I thought it was only a further 25% off clothing? That’s what it said in the email
Sorry mis-pressed cold. Please have some heat - great find (party)
Yep same, further 25% off all sale items
And THAT is exactly why i say do your research first. A freezing cold house in Scotland is completely differant to a new build energy saver elsewhere. (skeptical)
Not sure they would come in her size though?
Invaluable for my son who constantly kicked off blankets and sheets, which was nothing to do with temperature regulation.
Do they? I don’t think it’s worth taking the risk. Bought and heat added. Anyone seen any offers on an accompanying irrigation system or lighting?
I live in rural Scotland with log fires. My house drops to well below 12 degrees at night and with a 4 month old baby these are fantastic at keeping baby warm, whereas blankets get kicked off or baby can wriggle under them which can also pose a hazard. I've used them for all 3 of my kids and think they're great. A baby does not decide to kick a blanket off to self regulate their temperature, they do it as they wriggle. Maybe a complete waste of money in your opinion, but for many they are fantastic and if I didn't use them my baby would be freezing cold
They are always this price
Used these for our nippers and they are great
Just ordered online for collect in store so it keeps coming back into stock to order online.
just added one to basket and went through to checkout so it is still in stock unexpire!
Still in store in a few places - none near me unfortunately but there’s 2 stores in Manchester and one in Stoke on Trent that have it in store that I could see.
Oos but great find, I used this for my newborn and was only thing I felt safe putting her to sleep i (first-time parent so super cautious).
Just ordered one for collection in store Friday, thanks so much. Don’t know why expired
Try tx maxx
I believe that they also have these in Asda Bournemouth (St Pauls), but I'm pretty sure they are just 6-18m...
They had them in my store but only sizes 6-18m
Not sure, might be worth popping down your local asda to see, these were 6-18 months
Amazon have priced matched and have 6-18m for the same price :D
Ordered. Thanks OP
fab price! These are travel GroBags which are excellent if you're travelling or on holiday and out for dinner etc as you can get little one ready for bed, strap them in buggy, they can then snooze the evening away and are easily transferred back to bed once home
These are rubbish. Planted my tomatoes in one last year and they all died within a week.
Can get them £9 for one at tk maxx regularly, i got a two pack for £11 the other day.
These are great, bought when on sale last time. Although the 6-18 month is a massive size leap from the 6-9 month bag
But you could buy the size up for winter if your little one was going to fit in 6-18 months when the weather turns cooler!
Great at this price. Probably won't need such a warm sleeping bag after April/may. Worth considering.
I had one for my little one lasted until he grew out of it... I wanted the next size up but couldn't find one when I needed one ( 18 - 36 months )
Good find op, love the new range! They are always 15.99 in tk max but limited range
Thanks op heat added. Just the job for granddaughter.X)
wish i'd seen this 2 days ago..why didn't this go over 100 :(
These are awesome, and yes, you definitely need AT LEAST 2 in case your little one throws up all over one, as they take an age to dry on a rad! Have some heat!
No. They are supposed to be £25 but they have a £5 off currently, making each one £20 However, they're on a 3 for 2 offer so if you purchase 3 it will be £40 which mean they are £13.33 each. Thus I mentioned you need to order 3 to secure the offer.
I'm assuming it's £26.66 the total price :|
Ha yes that's what I've done Johnrg80!
Full price in Aberdeen
Stick them in and watch them grow?
Grobag, I thought this was compost.
Must've all gone now
show no item found on the website, can't c&c
they had packs of two for £18 in tkmaxx
Spotty bear, sounds a bit like the wife's bum!oO
Grobags are well worth the money- unlike other cheaper supermarket ones these don't shrink wash after wash
Same price for 18-36m on John Lewis. £25
just bought a bag from sainsbury last week and excellent size and quality. then i noticed yesterday the 25% sale, bought another 2 with the added sale. worked out £9 per bag. excellent. :D
I've never had any problem finding £8 GroBags in TKMaxx when they are reduced, which is twice a year - now for the 2.5 tog and in roughly 6 months time for 1 Tog, although admittedly I do live in London, so more stores to access. It's not just this design, it's all 2.5 tog bags in all three sizes (and non-GroBag ones) Both stores mentioned above had more than 30, not just a handful xx
We have this bag & it's over 2 years old so the chances of finding such old stock is very small!
Just as tip, Sainsburys stock some good own brand bags usually around £12, with the 25% off should be similar price and probably easier to finds
Not in merthyr, was looking at them today.
some available in corstorphine store yesterday, also blankets, toys and bouncers all in the baby isle opposite baby food/nappies
No stock available online
Store specific when ordering online through the groceries site.
link for online its in groceries section not on tesco direct! http://m.tesco.com/h5/groceries/r/www.tesco.com/groceries/product/details/?id=282680874
It says they aren't available online
They were £16 in my tk Max for 1 tog and £20 for 2.5 tog.
I went to TK max today in TrAshford and they didn't have any 1 togs :-( they were 16 quid for 2.5 togs
Tk Max sell the official Gro Bags for about £12, also the sainsburys ones are currentley in the sale for £6 (i got two the other day). £16 is still cheaper than most places though
