It was okay for mine until she got to about 14 weeks old and she was just getting out of it. We transitioned to a sleeping bag then anyway so it was probably a good thing.

My house drops to well below 12 degrees at night and with a 4 month old baby these are fantastic at keeping baby warm, whereas blankets get kicked off or baby can wriggle under them which can also pose a hazard. I've used them for all 3 of my kids and think they're great. A baby does not decide to kick a blanket off to self regulate their temperature, they do it as they wriggle. Maybe a complete waste of money in your opinion, but for many they are fantastic and if I didn't use them my baby would be freezing cold

And THAT is exactly why i say do your research first. A freezing cold house in Scotland is completely differant to a new build energy saver elsewhere.
iz12345678913 h, 25 m ago

I think my wife was interested in these. Let me consult with her

Not sure they would come in her size though?
Invaluable for my son who constantly kicked off blankets and sheets, which was nothing to do with temperature regulation.
afroylnt16 h, 25 m ago

These are a con; babies grow just fine without them....

Do they? I don’t think it’s worth taking the risk. Bought and heat added.

Anyone seen any offers on an accompanying irrigation system or lighting?

I understand that all babies are different and some may prefer to snuggle …I understand that all babies are different and some may prefer to snuggle in one of these....but they are really not needed and pose a hazard to babies as they cannot self manage their body heat whilst in one. (Ie..Kick a blanket off). Please do your research fully before considering one. Complete waste of money in my opinion.

fab price! These are travel GroBags which are excellent if you're travelling or on holiday and out for dinner etc as you can get little one ready for bed, strap them in buggy, they can then snooze the evening away and are easily transferred back to bed once home

But you could buy the size up for winter if your little one was going to fit in 6-18 months when the weather turns cooler!
Great at this price. Probably won't need such a warm sleeping bag after April/may. Worth considering.
I had one for my little one lasted until he grew out of it... I wanted the next size up but couldn't find one when I needed one ( 18 - 36 months )

No. They are supposed to be £25 but they have a £5 off currently, making each one £20

However, they're on a 3 for 2 offer so if you purchase 3 it will be £40 which mean they are £13.33 each. Thus I mentioned you need to order 3 to secure the offer.

I've never had any problem finding £8 GroBags in TKMaxx when they are reduced, which is twice a year - now for the 2.5 tog and in roughly 6 months time for 1 Tog, although admittedly I do live in London, so more stores to access.

It's not just this design, it's all 2.5 tog bags in all three sizes (and non-GroBag ones)

Both stores mentioned above had more than 30, not just a handful xx

If extra information stresses you out then I don't blame you for chucking it away. I guess there are people out there that won't watch the weather updates as it would stress them out too much, always thinking about what to wear, if it's going to be hot or cold, windy or raining lol
