Any good for heart transplants?

Been suckered into buying most of the range due to its space saving properties (cheeky) . Have to be honest every piece of the range from trowel to snow shovel to gutter cleaner (flirt) have been great quality & although normally expensive, happy with my many purchases :D

Well they're clearly not for prying up sod, but for use in a raised flower bed or pot (as I've mentioned) they'll be alright. (y)

Well, they look pretty poor quality to me, thin bent stainless to give it some strength, but ultimately something I wouldn't buy - they have been £5 before according to one review, which about their price point. I mean really , look at the bit where it goes into the handle, really flimsy. 1 review sums up what I thought looking at the photo's - These are definitely more decorative than gardening tools. Day one and both bent almost to the point of breaking. Maybe more garden tubs than garden.

Should be no issues. " Where applicable, we will estimate an "Import Fees Deposit" which is an estimate of the Import Duties and Taxes that will be levied on the items in your order and will be collected at checkout." I emailed Amazon about this as I've bought quite a few items from Amazon Europe and Amazon.de and they say if duty/vat/fees are due they will be at checkout and if you were to be charged anything on delivery to contact them and they'd always refund the money. I've bought like 30+ items in the past few months and haven't been charged once.

Yeah you know they’re straight (y)

kinobestew123

Thanks, I ordered one. I'm hoping that the reason its out of stock is while they make an improved model that doesn't snap and we get one without the flaw. My past experience of fiskars customer service has been excellent and so I'll be straight onto them if any issue.

packard

Ooh errr seems a major design flaw

I am after a new spade and folk but recent reviews look terrible

Stainless steel seems a good idea for garden tools, but it is not. Carbon steel is much, much stronger, and much more resistant to the idiot decisions that every bored, tired, and generally pissed off, everyday stupid gardener does - just to see if it might work every now and then. If you left a carbon steel fork out in the rain the handle will be well useless before the metal part.

" Stainless steel prongs slide into the ground more easily" More easily than what? a banana, hammer, toothpick, what?? Total bull statement. Good deal though.
