Am I doing something wrong with these codes? I bought 2x 12 month PSN codes from shopto.net in November for £30ish each.
I’ve just gone to try and use them tonight to top up their membership dates, and both codes say they are already redeemed.
Nobody at our end has had access to them except me, and they’ve definitely not been redeemed by anyone here. The expiry date on our account is still March 2020z Am I missing something?

sorted byYou message them on fb and they block you. Ignore the tickets via their website. I’ve waited two weeks and now opened PayPal dispute. I’m disgusted with them, will never spend another penny there.
Oh if you leave trust pilot reviews they can respond within an hour, with a response pretending they will help you. (edited)
Good luck. I’m at the stage now I don’t even want codes that work, I just want my money back and go elsewhere.
They resent one for me this morning, which does work. However 17 days to sort when they are deleting Facebook requests for help and replying instantly to reviews isn’t good enough... their words as well. If they couldn’t cope with orders from 6 weeks ago they shouldn’t still be putting up new offers for the product until they get themselves in order.
That’s brill, really pleased yours is finally resolved too. Totally agree though that the way you’ve been treated isn’t good. I certainly can’t complain personally, really pleased mine was resolved so easily, just a shame they didn’t sort yours straight away too. At least it’s sorted!

Been emailing for two weeks, they’ve done nothing. By that I also mean even a message just to say they will sort it. I got a message after ten days asking for the order number, when all the details were in my contact to them. Then ignoring.
I don’t know how PayPal disputes work for this as I received a code and it wasn’t as described as already used (edited)
I’ll try ringing them tomorrow, and raise a PayPal dispute if no success with that, thanks.
You’d also think they’d have a way of seeing who/where the code was redeemed?

I think he meant that they were busy at the time when I ordered so there were literally thousands of these codes going out, and blamed any potential error on that. We’ll see!

That’s not very reassuring! Have I you tried ringing them or just emailing?
I’ve also used them for years and recommended them to family. The emails etc all feel like they’re not written like they used to be so I’m wondering if someone has taken them over?
Igor Cipolletta has been there since 2002 (& used to be rolled-out to speak to the press about Shopto.net), & he is still there (unless the information about Skream Limited is not up-to-date at Companies House)...

Sorry that others haven’t had so much success, but from my personal point of view I’m really pleased, they couldn’t have dealt with it better.
