Bring back Cadbury Chocolate Rich Tea Biscuits Petition

Posted 24th Jan 2021
While trying to find ANY alternative rich tea biscuits I stumbled on this petition. Sure there are those chocolate malted milk and butter biscuits but they just aren't the same. Any digestives and hob nobs are too 'grainy' and get in your teeth. rich teas are smooth operators lol.

These were my favourite biscuit growing up and we owe it to the next generation to allow them the chance to experience the magnificence of this lost treat!

I think these days Cadbury are only interested in selling Oreo's, the most overrated biscuit in history

I'd be pleased to see these return, but they're not better than a chocolate malted milk

I used to make my own about 30 odd years ago, used the ice cream magic topping I think it was, chocolate that set when put on. I just put the biscuits in the fridge for ten mins

I stopped eating Cadburys chocolate after the second factory recall over contamination. There has since been a documented third one where a raw sewer pipe burst and contaminated the production run - seriously how does a raw sewer pipe get routed through a production run of chocolate? Also how does it happen at least 3 times?

Finally (I have been told) the chocolate isn't the same recipe since the American's bought it...

I hate Rich Tea biscuits (the blandest ever) but they're nicer with chocolate on top. I'm pretty sure supermarkets do their own, might float your boat in the meantime.

I remember them and they were indeed really nice, try adding a chocolate spread on top of the rich tea, maybe the Cadbury chocolate spread or Nutella
