Help: Movies missing on Netflix

Can anyone help, I'm noticing films are missing on Netflix when I connect my phone through home Wifi as opposed to connecting through my mobile network. For example Harry Potter movies are available when I connect through my EE data but they're missing if I connect via my home Virgin Media Wifi.

Any help appraciated.

    VPN on your home Internet? Shows on both for me.

    Yes, that's what I'm getting but I don't have any VPN connected and its showing on every device that connects to the home Wifi.
