ClarkOutlet Returns

Hi,
I hope you guys have some ideas.

I bought a pair of shoes from ClarkOutlet a month ago. As soon as it was delivered, I didn't like the quality, then I return it using the free return label "Evri".
Now, looks like Evri has lost it and their auto chat says, "Contact the merchant for replacement or refund".

I tried calling ClarkOutlet but they just keep me on music hold for more than an hour, emailed them, no answer ....

So, I am not sure what to do next.

Please advise or share your experience.

    Maybe a chargeback on your original purchase via your bank.


    Have a read of this thread as seems the OP had similar issue with sending items back to Debenhams via Evri and went down chargeback route

    Following your question, I tried calling them to figure out the music, I got connected with the CS and the refund was processed. Thank you for your input.

    I return it using the free return label
    means any loss is the responsibility of the party contracting with the courier, presumably C & J Clark International Limited.

    Only two further items for clarification:
    when & how did you tell / indicate to the supplier that you were returning the product / cancelling the transaction?

    There was no direction on the website or no where I could contact to do that. Now, I only have proof/tracking. (edited)
