Not pleased as I got an email yesterday to say my parcel was coming. I arranged so I was in, and they have just delivered the SIM card by DHL 😡 No phone!!!

Got through to customer service eventaully today, couldnt offer an explanation or tell me when they would have stock. Offered a refund, didnt take it as I want the devices. Asked me to call back daily for an update lol 0 refused that got a name and position and they advised they would be in contact within 3 working days.- not confidnet they will be.

The number I found I found completely unhelpful. Loud background noise like a party (including loud laughter)?!

Turns out they cancelled my order without telling me but still took my money.
Now they are saying it needs to go to refund and then sell it to me again but at the £359 price.
