How to contact Human Amazon CS?

I bought something from amazon which listed as 2 pcs XXX.
But they only delivered 1 number

I try to contact amazon, but it is robot chat, not human.
The only option is return it. But I actually want them to send me the second item, or half the price...

Any idea how to contact human amazon CS?

Follow the options and get through to a person, I never have to wait and they sort everything out for me.

Go to the Amazon app and type on the search bar "contact Amazon customer service" this will show up and then you can go through to speak to an agent, hope this helps

On chat just type in assistant required.

Certain adblocking, vpn, or tracker blocking software will not allow the chatbox options to show. In which case you need to turn them off or use a different browser. I find it easier just to open another browser in Incognito

Here's a trick for live chat that works more often than not.

When it asks you what it can help you with

Type in "speak to an agent" and if it asks again just repeat. You're more likely to be forwarded onto a person

You don't even have to type all that. Just type in anything even a single letter. The bot gets confused and transfers to a human. 😁

As with most bot chats (which are awful by the way)..

Just type "Agent", or spam it. Same with automated telephone lines. (edited)

I've had nothing but problems when trying to speak to someone over the phone. For the longest time, when I'd go for the option of them calling me, it wouldn't go past the phone number input section. Last week I got 2 callbacks, both times I had to input a randomly generated code and when I did it, I was disconnected!
