Shed converted to Mini home gym

Has anyone converted there shed into a mini gym with Treadmill and other stuffs, not too big, but enough for a 40 min workout. If so i'd like to know what size should i be looking. Cheers

    We have a 3 x 5 meter long one, although it has an internal wall with storage on the back so it's probably about 3 x 4 meters. Plenty of room for a weights bench, rowing machine, treadmill and a mini punch bag for the kids.
