Nice find! Surprised there was any left. I've took the last one at Maidstone. Folkestone, Sittingbourne and both Ashford's didn't have stock.

I then sold the shifter for £50 on eBay because I didn't have anywhere to mount it anyway.

1 left in PC World Weybridge, Surrey. Bargain deal, but I've got an F430 so didn't get it.. otherwise I'd have picked this one up.
I'm going to be selling a brand new shifter if anybody wants it? I don't have the room to mount it.

Got one for this price Thursday night !!
Any Currys store can tell you where there is stock !! If you get the right person ??
They told me that stores with them are selly oak Birmingham Crewe and Stafford if I remember righty.
It's ace and a makes racing games even better and it improved my lap times.
If you guys are after some decent games then try Life For Speed or rFacror. But the steering wheel makes any racing game a different experience really, I spent much more time on Dirt2 than I should be proud of!
You dont know anything about PC specs for i-racing do ya? Details here;

Your text here

This is my first wheel coming from forza 4 and a controller - at first thought i wanted to buy xbox one and forza 6 but then i discovered Iracing and G27 vids on youtube and diverting the money that way instead

Strange how most stores only have 1 left. Mine was the last one and it was the empty box on display but the wheel etc was out back. Just glad some other people managed to grab these at that price
Just picked up the last one in Cramlington shop thank you HUKD and OP!!

Staff in-store can check other shop's stock levels on their system, as of 4pm today there was also 1 left in Kendall shop and 1 left in Teeside shop at least.

Now i just need a new graphics card to run anything decent

I read about the adapters, but I read they can be a bit rubbish an especially where the gear stick is concerned but saying that why would I want to use a console when I have a PC

The new Logitech wheels are more or less the same internally as the G27, so if you just want it for PC this is a decent deal. They're pretty robust too, my G25 and G27 are both still going strong after years. Obviously if you let a petulant child beat the living crap out of it, it's gonna break since the wheel rim is just plastic internally, but it should last years if you look after it. Of course there are better wheels .... for more money.

im really unimpressed by the recent announcement of the G29. Theyve now … im really unimpressed by the recent announcement of the G29. Theyve now removed the shifter from the bundle and theyve kept the same awful helical gear system for feedback, when most other systems from fanatec and thrustmaster in the same price range offer much better quality belt driven feedback. i think theyve missed the mark. it works on PS4, thats all theyve really added when u look at the specs!

Logitech have to pay Sony to licence a new device with the PS4, which I doubt they could do with the G27 and most prob wasn't worth the cost to do as the G27 is old now. Not only that, there is more function buttons on the new G29 wheel, with better looking metal pedals and gear stick

The G27 might discontinue when the G29 comes out, I will just contact logictech and tell them my G27 is faulty and they will send me out the new G29 free. I can make invoices so its all cool lol ;D

The reason it's still around is because it's a quality piece of kit. … The reason it's still around is because it's a quality piece of kit. Logitech quite literally haven't needed to bring out a model to proceed it...Silly logic - spend it all on car games and then you're still stuck with using the controller! Almost as bad as the usual comment "you can buy a used car for that!!!", or "cheaper to drive a real sports car around a track!"

I know I've got one.
I'm just making a valid point about the G29 coming out, don't get anxious
Same innards or not...this will be available under a £100 if one keeps eyes peeled.
I'm thinking Logitech "blemished" box opportunities.
Only paid £65 for mine from Logitech DE a couple years ago, can say with some prospect of it turning out to be true that these are going to be sold off pretty darn cheaply.

Be mad to use a Keyboard in this day and age, Xbox and PS3 work well within LFS.

It must be my lazy side but I prefer the use of my controller to a wheel, now I remember why I got rid of my G25 couple years back as it never got any use. Can certainly tell the difference between them, now, it's practicing with the wheel again!

I thought most people would be using an xbox(like) controller if they … I thought most people would be using an xbox(like) controller if they didn't have a wheel. I find it incredibly hard to drive with keys - I wouldn't fancy trying it in a real car :)Yep assigning controls is relatively easy, it's more tweaky things like the update rate of the keys and the curve that takes. If the keys controls update too slowly it'll be hard to catch spins, too quickly and it can be far too twitchy. I've just set it at what I think is sensible, but it would be nice if drivers could tweak it to their liking.I don't want to spam (I've already gone offtopic), but if you google for my username + sim you should find it ok

Ahh yeah I see what you mean.

One thing I would recommend if you do decide to implement full keyboard functionality is a button for slow steer and a button for fast steer, and then you can allow the user to choose the rates for each type. It works really well in LFS.

Seems like a good price for the G27 - Also comes with a free controller supposedly worth £79.99 Shame I already have the G27..
Cheers just picked one up.

Had g25 before now nice to upgrade.

Decent price, not as good as the £130 deal but I got my family member to buy it for me so got it for £152.

Not a bad price considering these go for way over that 2nd had.
Think this went out of stock again briefly, but is now back in (or still in) stock at Currys. Heat added.
One in store in Chesterfield. Watch them though, they will try to tell you the power-shell offer only applies at the standard price (when i looked i think this was £208.99). Stand your ground and they will put it through as above.
These are very good at this price (i already own a older one), and hold their money long term very well. You could almost sit on the box and make a small profit in a few months time or just enjoy the thing, safe in the knowledge that you will almost always return £100-120+ if you want to sell it.
Thanks, very good price. Lowest since logitech site discount glitch.
