- We can't guarantee octopuses will fit in all mailboxes. They're pretty big octopuses, after all.
- Octopuses are supplied by Custom Toys UK, a member of the British Toy and Hobby association (BTHA). They are made in Guandong, China, in accordance with the ICTI Ethical Toy Programme Certification and subject to regular factory audits (WCA and/or BSCI) from a reputable source with a presence in the European Union such as Intertek.

I have been actively calling them several times each month since December last year and they keep telling me the same lies over and over again: "we're out of stock","we should get new stock in 1/2/3/4 months"," we will send you one as soon as they are available". If you do get one - consider yourself VERY lucky. Chances are you won't get one though! (edited)
No indication of expiry date has been found so get yours while you still can.
After Avro got busted, they make me pay more than double of my fixed contract and they have not even get my credits from Avro or set my account fully so my hands are tied.
It seems they spend my hard earned money on these stuff.

I agree mate. It’s taking ages to even see a bill/get new account up and running. I realise certain processes to follow when supplier goes into admin but had enough now. Just want it sorted. Frustrating…

Ordered an octopus. Only as my daughter will love it (if it comes). We’ll see. Otherwise wouldn’t have. When she’s done with it will pass it onto charity shop. For another child to use. Not throw away in landfill. (edited)
I'm in the same boat, but even more frustrating is that I was having the services disconnected when I was with Avro. They're now all gone, but every day that Octopus drags their heels I'm having to pay their standing charge for absolutely no reason.
I appreciate that it's a weird time and that their priority is ensuring people still get their electricity and gas, but it's been too long now.
Did you email them asking where it is?
I have been a customer for 11 months and although it took a while to get a smart meter installed, once it was in, all was good. I have called them a few times and they pickup after a few minute and I have used the email a few times for non urgent requests and they generally come back within a few days. I have not had a reason to contact them recently since they have onboard Avro customers....
No we didn’t, tbf I’m not overly fussed. It would of been nice for my daughter a year ago lol
I am waiting for Bill too, wanna make sure dd is correct, still haven't set up , so time bill come I probably be in debt
