Hi guys, I saw a great parasol deal on here, not through wowcher, so purchased. i also purchased a wowcher deal parasol base. the base cost £34.40, postage £8.50 taken in two transactions on the 18th June. I followed the instructions and redeemed the vouchers, all happy waiting for my base.
However today, I get an email, no explanation, saying you have been refunded £34.40 for order blah. No mention of the postage and that was that. on searching online theyre hard to contact, the only option is a whatsapp bot that has taken my details and said all agents are busy they'll get back to me within 24 hours.
If I do get the postage refunded to my wowcher wallet to join the earlier refund there, how the hell do I get the money refunded from the wowcher wallet back to my bank account, there are no options for this in the wallet section of my account? Due to the impossibility of contacting them it feels hugely scammy and i'll steer clear in future!

The conversation took about 3 weeks as after each question including security it took days to reply back to me!
A very scammy company, designed to make it difficult to ask for refunds. I couldnt chargeback as its Debit card. Thanks for the replies guys,
Will steer well clear in future. Wallets...no need, and the refund will take 5days, why? when all transactions can be instant unless made longer by design....Avoid!! (edited)
