i dont think it was an attempt at handheld tho, its more like a fancy controller, there is no in house hardware, im sure their pov was to target the gamers outside of the ds edge, as thats for competitive gaming, the casual gamer gets another accessory thats aims at casual gaming, while retaining the ps5 experince with the DS features, same as the edge does for the competitive side. i guess we know this to be true because both items target both sides of the spectrum each respectively, and retail at the same price.

I think I will order from Amazon but I’m hoping somewhere stocks a pre order I might be able to grab a discount on it somewhere , unlikely but you never know , I know people are going to moan about this as they seem to for every Sony product but I don’t think this is too bad a bit of kit for the money , my only concern was if the PS5 had to be on with the game inside in order to stream but it will work while in rest mode

I think this is a type of product aimed towards me, someone who has a little one and can just pick up and game in bed. I understand you can use your mobile to do the same and even better as you could use gamepass, but I sucm at using the Backbone of razer kishi because of the thumbstick layouts not being like a PS controller, so I play FIFA/COD and just feels weird.

Anyone know of a decent one that has the same layout as a PS controller for your phone? Thanks
