Yes. Seems to depend on a lot of things, never an exact science and as you get really near the limits of a given card you start to test stability, needing more voltage or adjusting the clocks too. When I've ended up building these in the past I've never gone right to the edge as it's better to lose a few MH/s for long term stability and better power consumption.

I couldn't get this Sapphire RX 570 ITX much beyond 26MH/s stable due to the memory and small size, many forums say the same.

There is a massive shortage of graphics cards due to the rise in interest in crypto again - prices are RRP+50% many places if you can even find stock, I think with Ethereum breaking £1000 today, that'll only rise further.

Anyway, they are basically the same thing as the 580 just an older version, but same core silicon so it'll be close and most people don't run these stock anyway. You won't make £600 per month from a single 6 card rig with those cards, especially after electricity. I would ask to see his exact setup and his wallet. Not trying to put you off but don't expect to get anything like that. I think £200-300 is achievable if you set it up properly. Plug it into one of many calculators and see for yourself.

When you are referring to the 570 and 480 do you mean the 4 or 8gb cards?

31 litres = far too big for ITX, in my opinion, but it is a decent chassis - the internals are identical to their very popular Prodigy case.

At that price, it's worth picking up for the modding potential.

Why are you mad if you are happy with the case ?
Pretty mad they still sell this case. I have had mine for 8 years or so and it hosts my home server (ubuntu server). I replaced the built in power supply a long time ago with a pico atx power supply as I wanted the server to be completely silent when the disks were spun down. The original supply had run 24/7 for 4 years without a hitch.

My motherboard is getting glitchy though and components are starting to fail so I'm about to replace it. I'll be using the same case so perhaps I'll get abother 8 years out of it!

Given the fact its £10 cheaper and utilises more standard components, I'd say the appeal is about equal, with the novatech being better for tinkerers and those who want to upgrade - who wouldn't care about the license.

The truth is 90% of resold refurbs are in breach of license anyway - the OEM license does not transfer to the second user, and the refurbisher should be buying a new license for refurb PC's, affixed as a second, orangy COA instead. Only the biggest of outfits bother, and even then only sometimes.
