Cheapest Online National Speed Awareness Course (NSAC) £73 via Hartlepool Council

So, I was caught by one of those speed cameras, I had cruise control on, sign wasn't lit properly (neither are a defence) and I missed the reduction in speed by 10mph. I looked online and Hartlepool Council offers the online course for £30 less than my local online course.

Obviously, not speeding (it's my first ticket in 30+ years) is cheaper but every little helps if you do inadvertently speed and are offered the speed awareness course.

Sign being unlit could actually be a defense. If you could get photo evidence and submit that... It's worth a go. I've had tickets cancelled for providing evidence of trees being in the way of a sign or a sign being way too confusing (or even conflicting!)

The course is usually done online, so location shouldn't be an issue.
