TLDR: Company is on the edge of administration, order with a credit card if you’re going to.
I contacted them for an update on a mattress delivery to be told their delivery partner has decided to cut ties with them and there would be a delay.
Reviews on TrustPilot are a stream of 1 star with people being given different stories about manufacturing delays.
Turns out they have a winding up petition from one of their suppliers, which would happen if they’re not settling invoices.

Also a trend in the reviews - you can’t get through to them on the phone anymore, and refunds that were promised aren’t being paid. I’ve had to start a chargeback.
