sorted byHave you rang up some of your local meat wholesalers or food companies? they may be willing to sell to general public and not just traders.
We can get 10KG chicken breast £4.20/KG
Buy a whole chicken, chicken breasts are tasteless and expensive.
Also doesn't matter as such what you eat, as long as it created calorie deficit. The most you restrict your diet, the more likely you will give up quicker.
Less processed food is better for your body.
