Gym membership

Hey all,

I'm looking at joining a gym, I have around me

The Gym Group
And soon to open PureGym

I've seen the adverts but also looked at the app and reviews.

Anyone have any experience with the ones above?

I’m a big walker, I like to do 7-10 miles a day.
So I joined the gym group in November until April and the weather is better.
Its a month by month contract.

I have been a member of both and they are very similar. I found Puregym to be much better but my reasons are specific to the gyms in my area.

When puregym opened in my area there were special prices for joining before the gym opened so it may be worth looking into that. (edited)

I've been a member of the gym group for years. For me it's about £25/M for 5 locations, and can Invite 4 people a month.

My gym is currently closed for 2 weeks as they are spending a lot of money on new machines.

I can't fault them as they're cheap.
