Wondamobile provide warranty for a year. I will be getting in touch with my phone insurance (nationwide building society) to confirm if they would cover it thereafter.

SD versions won’t have UK warranty will they?

Will do

Wondamobile is your best bet if you don't mind paying extra

Yeah sorry not the Note 20 Ultra, just sharing my experience with the seller. Would steer clear after the kind of experience I've had and if you look at other threads on this site / trustpilot, you'll see there are many other examples of them doing the same thing with a lot of customers.

I had an S20 Ultra until yesterday and I wouldn’t describe the camera as even particularly good, never mind incredible (lol) Camera was a massive disappointment for me. Although a friend of mine reckons the Note 20 Ultra uses significantly better image processing than the S20 series. Be nice if true.

wowcamera offers 2 years uk warranty direct from samsung, other sites such as wondamobile do not.

easily fixed with a launcher though?

Is the official 2 year Samsung warranty not accurate in Wowcamera's description then?

Because I'm not the legend himself! haha!

My mistake sorry - misread it as the S20 Ultra, my bad! Note is supposed to be much better and makes up on all S20 downfalls.

The camera on the Note 20 Ultra is 50x zoom max.

Just sent mine back - thought it was a terrible phone! Battery was terrible (was using 120hz) where it was using nearly 10% each 60-90 minutes. Signal was poor - kept dropping where I usually get 4G, ran hot, camera had trouble focusing and the 100x zoom is useless and a gimmick. You can’t use any picture above 50x zoom because it’s so blurry and grainy.

Yeah so it seems its Exynos that gets the Copper heat spreader but it doesn't really make much difference. I think we all know that Snapdragon is better.

Actually not too bad a deal. Means you are getting unlimited data for £17.10. I would never tie in for 24 months, but no reason this is not hot.

Thanks, hopefully better next time

thanks for sharing your first deal with us @anthony.buckley Mobile phone deals can always swing both ways so don't be disheartened :)

Possibly a lot to throw down for a phone that comes with little warranty support, so if that's no good for you, then that's fair enough, but this is the Snapdragon variant of this … Read more

Hi Guys. Just a quick update to say I received my Samsung Note 20 Ultra Snapdragon from Wonda Mobile yesterday and even though its early days I'm impressed so far. Thank you all for your information and advice (y)

How did the screen protector affix to the screen ? Battery stats look amazing too. Is Network signal OK i.e nkt dropping calls ?

Its on! Very high quality ! Camera cutout and I don't see where whitestone are getting away with being twice as much. Unfortunately can't take picture of it as its my only camera. Forgot to charge it last night.. What a beast

Yes I've seen threads about the 96hz but from what I understand you lose the adaptive part bit so battery can take a hit as it's always running at 96hz. Be interested to hear about the spigen glass screen protector

I will eventually be limiting the screen to 96hz (see xda) and once the battery adapts. I will be very excited about the battery! I have the spigen glass one coming Friday and will be interesting to see if its any good.

sorry my bad, just the note 20 does, not the ultra. Source:

The note does NOT have a plastic back.

Some people like tech, and have income to buy it. I use my phone several hours a day why wouldn't I want the absolute best available.

The ultra doesn't agree basic Note 20 is a joke.....nothing can replace a DSLR / mirrorless, that day won't ever arrive, the fact is any phone picture is processed when you blow it up. But I think they will replace compacts sooner or later, and having true optical zoom in them is the first major step, it's a shame that means a mini brick on the back! I'm.sure that size will get engineered down over coming years. Anyway, I don't always want to lug my camera kit bag around, so having a phone which has a camera which does a cracking job as a compact a big deal for me. It's a nice option to have......I was ready to buy S20 Ultra day 1 because of new camera sensor and then when found out about autofocus mess I held back. The 100X zoom thing a complete gimmick as well, once you get past 10X quality severely degrades

It has a plastic back ... cheap and tacky, less battery power (itll run out in half a day with both those processors in it) I think what youve just eluded too is that instead of buying a phone with a camera in, go spend your money on a decent dslr!

Surely you could buy this, sell the phone then pick up the buds for (effectively) free?!

Thanks for that. I think you’re right, I bought something a few months ago and the code didn’t work! If anyone else is buying directly from Samsung, Quidco have 5% cash back right now.

PAQ9N that was the code i received! Pretty sure its all just targetted at people who haven't shopped in a while

Did you have a code? Some people might get lucky without having received the email.
