As this comes quite high up on a Google search I'd have to say the following. Previously I was impressed by Yankee Bundles, but as with many companies it really comes down to how they act when there is something wrong. Sadly if the goods are faulty they will ignore the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and won't cover return postage costs.

A retailer to avoid. Looks like they just don't care.

Don’t know much about the company but ordered from them a few times with no issues or concerns and items delivered on time etc!

I know nothing much, but I’ve ordered 12 different items from them over the last year.
All delivered quickly.
No issues whatsoever

Yankee Bundles have always had their address shown on the website.

They basically get a ton of stuff that is near its Best Before date or out of fashion or from a retailer who had a massive excess stock. My experience with them has been very good, even in cancelling a couple of orders via email. Are all their deals great? No. But then it is up to the consumer to decide what is good or not. There are some obvious ones like Green & Black chocolate at less £1 per 100g when it sells for twice as much in stores but their deals on smaller size bars like Snickers are comparable or worse than what you get in supermarkets.

I would steer clear, but if you decide to buy from them, just be aware their customer service is dreadful and you won't get any help or resolve. In fact youll just get abuse and bullying comments from them.

Just a quick thought on your post, lots of the stuff is not a good deal and often many people post links to better prices.

A lot of people vote with out clicking on each deal so do not be to mislead.

Maybe they will comment on your post though!

I have bought many food items and rarely had issues with them. Exept that when your order contains a box of packets of crisps, they open the crisp box and put the other stuff in the box so all the crisps are crumbed. Reason i stopped ordering from there.

Ordered 6 x 623g Christmas candles on a random selection basis offer a couple of years ago, quite late in the season too. It was my first shopping experience with them. The price offer was too good to miss, within my budget, and sorted last minute shopping. The company did have some supply issues. They had received such a huge response/were overwhelmed. However, they kept customers informed of the situation, were honest, and true to their word. The candles arrived just in time for Christmas ... literally. The candles arrived safely and were very well packaged/boxed. The candles were surrounded by a type of large egg box inside to avoid movement and breakages. Most of the candles I bought were gifts and were handed out/hand delivered locally, so no problems for me on that score.

Would I recommend this company based on my experience........a resounding big fat YES. They were fantastic and bent over backwards at such a busy period to ensure customer satisfaction. Wholly recommended! (edited)

Sorry but I disagree have bought loads from them and if there has been a issue they have solved it quickly . They have some terrific deals.
