I’ve now got 2 parcels with Evri, one with a last update on 29th Dec last year and now another which looks like it’s going the same way in that they claim it will go out for delivery, apologise and then nothing.
Very frustrating as their FAQs state to contact the sender which I’ve done.

sorted byThe seller should be doing all chasing and not you, depending on where you purchased from may depend on the delivery expectations but I would say you'd be entitled to a full refund as they have not arrived in a timely manner.

I got through to support using the CEO's address:
Martijn.DeLange@evri.com
And then was contacted by:
evrisupport@evri.com
Suffice to say though, I never was told what happened in the end.
First item is only worth around £1 but I’d much rather have the item than not. It’s the round rings you stick to the top of 18650 cells, could place another order but it’s the new wait time that I’d rather avoid if the original order would be delivered. (edited)
Order more from somewhere or someone else and if these ones ever arrive then bonus. But don't let the seller give you that rubbish about you going to collect or chase for them etc. It's not how it works.
In the meantime, use a bit of foil if you mean these rings were to help make contact (edited)
I always use them just for extra safety.
Curiosity did get the better of me a while back and I purposely shorted a battery that held a weak charge in the garden to see what happens. A lot of heat and flames is the answer. I also did the same with an old iPhone 6 battery, again just to see what might/would happen.
Don’t worry I was nowhere near them and did this in my garden, so out in the open. (edited)
