Hi all
I'm taking the family to Bonnie Scotland at Easter, basically half way between Edinburgh and Glasgow.
Can i ask for suggestions of attractions/things to do with them? They are 4 and 10 years old, so anything educational and fun,
Thanks in advance

The scenery up north is quite spectacular, and seeing it on horseback was just amazing.
And the People's Palace the other direction in Glasgow.
Whitelee Wind Farm (biggest onshore Windfarm in UK & it's free) + Calderglen country park (it also has a zoo), if you go there, then check out Carrigans eating house - that's very nice.
Loch Lomond - we usually walk up to Balloch castle and have a picnic there, there's a kiddies park nearby. Then go to Luss and walk through the village to the beach & maybe get an ice cream Then there's a fairy trail nearby, if your kids are in to that.
It all depends if you have a car, how many days you need to plan and if there's a budget.
I've been in Scotland for 3 years now with little children & done loads. Lots of free stuff to do as well.
