Tablet help! Need one to run an app constantly.

Hi! I hope someone can help me? I need a tablet which will be good for continuously running (will be on an app which will need location on 24/7 and likely will be connected to the charger 24/7). Is there anything I should look for? I won’t really use it for much else other than the app or occasionally playing a video.

I'd go for something like a Lenovo M10 2nd/3rd generation.

Great value for money, can also be picked up fairly inexpensively refurbished via CEX if brand new isn't important.

you appear to want to use the tablet as a location tracker?

Not sure how to explain it - the app I want to use will alert it me to prayer time (5 times a day) which requires my location and a connection to the internet

Is there a reason that you don't want a smartphone for what, on the face of it, would seem to be tasks ideally suited for one?

If the phone/tablet will always be at your home, does the GPS really need to always be on?
