Want to build up a network with hardwired points around the house

Would like to get a 16 or 24 port poe switch in the house, does anyone have any recommendations?

Plan is to have hard wired points in the lounge and in the two of the bedrooms and an access point in the kitchen diner.

Any advice

I've seen the injectors, but think might be easier to just have a poe switch, less wiring and hassle

Look into UniFi, just be warned that it is addictive

Most mainstream routers and switches will be fine at say £200 and up for that number of ports. If you need more detailed guidance, just post up a few you’ve come across and we can advise.

Hi @apacheuk - did you go down the route of getting a network with multiple hardwired points around the house? I’m looking at the possibility of doing this but wondered if you had any recommendations or whether you haven’t gone ahead with it?

    Cheers
