The best offer I have got from EE is as follows:

When I spoke with them a few months ago, they had really poor deals
- so now with O2
I was offered unlimited everything and EU roaming for £18 a month or 125gb for £15. 12 month contract, 100 Mbps speed cap. I went with the unlimited. So that's worth a try.
Live chat offer - took a long time. I was offered some crappy deals and then 20gb, unlimited text and calls. Eu roaming- 12 gbp vat included
Phone call offer - straight to the point 30 gb, unl txt and calls, eu roaming- 12gbp vat included
When you request a PAC number you can expect a call next day in the morning.
I told them about o2 offer for 30gb and eu roaming cost 8gbp on both occasions. (edited)
