My daughter regularly orders from Shein. Sizing is a bit random and delivery takes about a week. Returns can take a while to be refunded sometimes.

Keep her away from Shein !! Its addictive I only wanted to have a look and ordered a couple of wee things. Now every time they offer free delivery (so far at least once a week) Im ordering more stuff.
The plus size stuff Ive bought has been true to size and their nighties are really nice.
Its a bit like AliExpress used to be and you can get some cracking little cheap things for the home.
Ive also had a few good things from TEMU which is very similar and has some great bargains (free delivery for now too).
As everyone else says delivery is a wee bit slow but I dont mind that.

Spent a few hundred on it now - only had 1 issue - it was very obvious that someone had ripped a hole through the package. I did flag it with Shein, however they stated the package had been reported as delivered, so basically tough. It was 2 low value items so I just chalked it up to experience.

Yes, placed an order recently. Got some nice bits for holiday and some things for home. Half the items came from overseas and the other half from this country. There are little mini games you can play on their app where you can win discounts & free delivery.

No issues at all. Spent hundreds as many things (not all) are a lot cheaper than anywhere else. There are many negative headlines out there, but all my experiences have been very positive. Their quality is excellent for the price (think Primark quality). Washes well, no shrinkage (follow the label). Takes up to 10 days (some products in local warehouses and come quicker) and similar for refund (free returns) as the items have to get back to goodness knows where. They delivered a package to the wrong house once. Refunded without question.
Every Sunday seems to be free delivery over £10 spend. I have joined their 3 month club (cost £7 for 3 months) which gets you multiple free deliveries a month (no min spend) and a small 5% off everything. This is very handy for small purchases as every day they have a flash sale (last 24 hours) and you may only want one or two small items that day. I use most of my free codes on 1/2 item purchases. The items in the flash sale are mostly at least 50% off the normal price.
