Had anyone made a claim against protectyourbubble.com?

Son's 8 month old Nintendo hori joycons have developed drift issues so was wondering what to expect when I contact them

    I used them to claim on an Android Tablet that had an accidental screen crack, claim was handled via email and a quick form along with a photo of damage. I got a voucher for full replacement cost at Amazon in about a week.
    No issues.

    Surely rather than surly XD.

    But yes, that should be a warranty thing - it's not like it's an unknown issue with the Switch.
