Kitchen floor insulation: Cork, rubber or MLV

I'm replacing the 2-3mm foam layer in our sub-floor (sits between hardwood ply and floating floor tiles). It's similar to this product [https://www.floordepot.co.uk/item/24041002/vapour-barrier-3mm-foam-underlay](https://www.floordepot.co.uk/item/24041002/vapour-barrier-3mm-foam-underlay)

Which replacement material would offer the best thermal and acoustic insulation at 2-3mm out of cork, rubber, or Mass-Loaded Vinyl?

It's a suspended kitchen floor. Large unheated cavity underneath, then joists, then some well nailed-down tongue&groove boards. Then 18mm plywood, then the foam currently, then floor tiles.

Not looking to access cavity to insulate between rafters as short on time, just to upgrade the foam layer for now.

Want to make kitchen quieter and floor warmer. Realise 2-3mm can't dramatically improve thermal efficiency but looking to upgrade the foam currently there without raising floor height. (edited)

Will cork expand if it gets wet?
