Any help would be appreciated I have a friend who has a samsung ww80ta046ae washing machine had washing on quick wash when it finish I cannot open door as child lock on and tried several ways to unlock it but to no avail turned power off for a couple minutes at fuseboard but now screen is all lit up now and does nothing any help out please

sorted byI did empty drum which got the soaked clothes out but still have problems pressed the spin button and got bub up on screen and I have no idea what to do next I just keep googling to find a solution
I tried slap (didn’t work)lol probably because I was p***** at machine

If it's in test mode, this video might be of some use! Good luck 🤞
so try forcing a spin / drain cycle.
The root cause of no-drain may be blocked filter.
You could check / clear the filter, but if even semi-blocked be aware that residual water may be present.
