I got my letter the other day it's going up £9. Rang them and straight away some automated voice offered £4.50 off my bill, I clicked no, then spoke to some woman who was really nice. She knocked the £9 off with no questions

Call them up and give your 30 days notice to cancel. Within 2 working days you’ll get a call with them begging you to stay and you can pretty much name your price. Just beware you’ll be signing a new 18 month contract and you WILL be tied in to a RPI+3.9% price increase this time next year with no option to leave.
I’d encourage you to look around at other deals. Lots of competitors are available, and with much better customer service too.

Just call them n hope you didn't miss the window of penalty free exit. I called last month was going from 21 to £28 for BB only. They added £7 discount until end of contract
