Just take a fee free card. That's all we do now.

    Lira. It's their currency.

Nothing more annoying for a street vendor to be offered a £ or €

Pounds, Euros or Lira. They accept all. We always take pounds out with us and exchange when we are there

    Lira.

Take some pounds or usd to exchange at a bank if necessary or take a fee free card & withdraw Lira..

You won't win in the shops by paying anything other than Lira or card.

English cash for all the tourist stuff/shops. Lira for cabs and a Revolut/monzo/startling etc card

Euro is probably most preferred but they generally accept pounds as well.

Take sterling exchange over there into Lira.

Revolut or Starling. So much easier. Accept everywhere.

Create an account with transferwise app, and request a card only £5 and top up how much that you want in your account and spend from card fees per transaction only 3-5penny and high currency exchange, check that what I am saying and thanks to me later. (edited)
