I'd honestly go fo an older refurb unless updates are your main priorities, the A32 is a very good budget device, but something like the Samsung A90 5G or S10 / S10 Lite will be better performers in most areas, you may even snatch a sneaky S10 5g within your budget if you're super lucky

A13 is REALLY underpowered. I have one for work. Try the m52

If you're able to hold out Samsung store do have some decent deals pop up when trading in old devices. I'm typing this on an S20 FE 5G which was around £140 brand new, I sent them back a galaxy fame or something - you could have even sent an old Nokia.
