Did you wait up to 20 business days as they state?
I opened the case because I didn’t receive a refund after cancelling.
Probably opening a case was the problem, if you had just cancelled the order it would probably have worked out much easier.
Still not had a refund and paypal keep pushing back the expected rosolution date of the claim.
It's inaccurate feedback too, as it gives the impression the seller never ships out items. They fail to mention they wanted goods they'd only paid 5% of the price for!
