I have a Doogee Y6 Max and consider it a good purchase. I haven't had any malware issues. However, I have had an issue with 'optimizing app 1 of 1' when restarting the phone. I decided to buy a Xiaomi MI Max 2 for its extra capacity and speed. That was an indulgence rather than a necessity. Either way, I have no problems recommending either for their value for money. If the phone suits your needs, take a risk. You might well be surprised. Throwaway comments about 'Chinese phones' often are misinformed and unhelpful.
I just ordered the xioami pocophone F1 for 200. All the reviews I can find and really positive. Awesome specs too
It's a much better phone all round !
I had a doogeef3 three years ago and it was okish but awful battery life and poor quality assembly, charging port broke too. Replacement was simple enough, and but went for Xiaomi redmi 4X
