Tried signing in keeps saying "Sorry, either you aren’t registered using the email address you have provided or the password you entered is incorrect. Please try again."

sorted byI started a case on Resolver regarding this on March 16.
There was no response by Currys on March 30 so I escalated.
The next time I can escalate is April 20, by which time I believe it's passed above Currys.

Most websites seem to send secure email correspondence these days, in gmail for example the email is flagged with a red padlock: "security: dixonsretail.com did not encrypt this message"

The reset password email that comes through is not secure.
Order details are not secure containing name and address details etc.
They've got a bad system. There doesn't seem to be a solution. Not had the problem myself. So as suggested by Joshu_Blake, contact them and see what happens. (edited)
I've just used guest checkout with no problems even when I've needed to query an order.

The thing is I have an outstanding order with them
They couldn't solve the problem for me at all. I had a collection order at the time which I wanted to cancel, I did manage to cancel it and get refund.
Apparently once you lose access to your account nothing can be done about it
Their webchat (real people) tell me to call 0344 561 1234 for assistance.
