I started a case on Resolver regarding this on March 16.
There was no response by Currys on March 30 so I escalated.
The next time I can escalate is April 20, by which time I believe it's passed above Currys.
It's rubbish its always like this for me although still somehow let's me buy stuff but I can never see the order details. Get on the chat or ring them
Been happening for years - if you contact them, they'll tell you to create a new account (which doesn't really help).
It's probably for the best, trust me.
i have to set up a new account every time i make an order now as the previous one gets locked. i have tried to reset the password but it still doesn't allow you in. i contacted currys and their best advice was to create another email account and set up a new currys account each time
I had £1 in vouchers left in my account and could never use it. Ran into same issue as you.

Most websites seem to send secure email correspondence these days, in gmail for example the email is flagged with a red padlock: "security: dixonsretail.com did not encrypt this message" support.google.com/mai…d=1
The reset password email that comes through is not secure. Order details are not secure containing name and address details etc.
Contact them.

They've got a bad system. There doesn't seem to be a solution. Not had the problem myself. So as suggested by Joshu_Blake, contact them and see what happens. (edited)
Yep, mine went screwy about a year ago. Only option is to make another with a different email.
I've just used guest checkout with no problems even when I've needed to query an order.

They couldn't solve the problem for me at all. I had a collection order at the time which I wanted to cancel, I did manage to cancel it and get refund. Apparently once you lose access to your account nothing can be done about it

Their webchat (real people) tell me to call 0344 561 1234 for assistance.

its been like this for years at least 3 times ive contacted them its not fixed if you buy anthing expsive print out the wnpage of the item your buting as well as order confrmation
