Disneyland Paris January

Hi all,

Looking at booking Disneyland Paris for the first week of January for 3 nights (3rd-6th) as it will still be the Christmas season there, will be taking our little one (2years old but very much into fireworks and characters especially frozen and santa)

Only had 2 weeks were we could do it, week leading Upto Christmas or this week and the week leading up doesn’t make financial sense with it being a difference of nearly a grand for the same duration and with the parks being extremely busy

Looking at booking with Disney holidays which comes out around £1420 with flights, hotel and tickets with breakfast and Disney photo pass included, has anyone booked from this site before? Is transfers included from the airport to hotel?

Any other tips that people would suggest? Is January usually a quiet time to visit?

TIA

quiet but you will freeze your a$$ off :D:D , I wouldn't go in winter to France specially if you got such a little baby !

May or first half of June or September it will be warm and quiet comparing to summer when will be HOT, not warm and it will be PACKED with people.

All the best tho ! (edited)

Just going to add it was 25 degrees up in May Half Term. It does get cooler during the nighttime fireworks or if you’re out during EMH but long sleeves and long bottoms should suffice. I don’t think I could have coped walking so much in the heat of June/August

You best to ask transfer questions etc directly to the company.

Tip: pack thermals or ski wear for your little one.
Friends often go in Feb as it's quieter but cold.

I went in September and was still really hot and amazing, pretty busy though!
Booked to stay at a partner hotel from Disney website, the Magic Circus.... food great, service great, theming in the hotel great too! I had read some hit and miss bits about the hotel but we found it great. Many reviews said it was better than the Disney hotels closer to the park! (that I cant vouch for though).
The only rubbish bit was lack of shuttles to the park so sometimes thats a bit busy.
Food in Disney IMO is crap and way too expensive!

We took our 3 year old in Feb a few years ago - it was Baltic 🥶 not great when you have to stand in queues etc

Worth it though? Did you book it as a whole package or separately? Thanks

Look at magic breaks. You get Disney+ free for a year if your first time booking with them. If your a blue light card holder also get a discount.
I went start of oct with 3 year old and 6month old. Take a bike lock for the buggy is what I was told as some “go missing”
Of you want to eat in restaurants then you need to book a few months ahead. Food is very pricy!! Be warned
Buy little one costumes and light up wands/bubble wands before as again v Pricy! We know what little ones are like they see they need!

I'm not an expert, but I'd personally much rather deal with cold in a quiet park than massive queues and big crowds. Just prepare and dress appropriately. Plus there'd be a lot less standing around waiting to get cold. (edited)
