Good family hotels in Turkey (Antalya) recommendations please

Posted 21st Mar 2023
Hi.

Can some of you recommend some good family hotels in Turkey. Every hotel I search seems to have bad reviews (all be it prob from upset customers)

I would love to have a view from someone here who has visited any hotel in Turkey antalya region.

I have provisonally booked Calimera Serrira Palace however some reviews are putting me off.

Thanks

Double Tree Hilton Antalya Kemer. Food is great but not many activities. IC Green Palace lots of activities and beautiful grounds, water slides, entertainment everything.food not as good but perfectly acceptable. Barut Lara ( and any of the Barut hotels) really good. Lara is close to airport so short transfers.

Every hotel will have bad reviews as can't please everyone. When staying AI I usually look for average 4.5 on TA. Land of legends is meant to be good but haven't stayed there this has its own water park free for guests (edited)

Eftalia Aqua and Eftalia Ocean are great hotels and share the Eftalia Island beach. There are other Eftalia resorts that also share the beach Eftalia Splash, Eftalia Holiday Village etc..

Plenty of pools and slides to keep them happy.

We stayed in Ocean back in 2020. Loved it. Great for kids. Only thing I'd say is the food was geared more towards the Russians. Don't get me wrong, plenty to choose and could always find something

See another issue I have. We are a family of 6. We really want 1 room buy majority of hotels say 2 rooms. What's chances I could pay 2 rooms but ask hotel for a extra bed (+ offer the other room back) but still pay the rates?

As as family of 4 we stayed in the Ramada Plaza last year. They gave us 2 rooms which were connecting, which was perfect. It meant we had 2 bathrooms, on the top floor, 2 balconies and loads of space. The hotel is more towards the old town, not the resort area, but they had an amazing breakfast buffet, 3 pools, and within walking distance to the old town where we had loads of places to eat and shop. Would definitely go back again.
